Terms of Service

This document constitutes the terms of service ("Terms") for the use of SudoBot, a Discord Moderation Bot, operated by OSN, Inc ("we," "us," or "our"). By using SudoBot, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the bot.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SudoBot, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update and modify these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of SudoBot after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Compliance with Applicable Laws and Discord's Terms

You agree not to use SudoBot for any illegal, harmful, or malicious activities. Users must adhere to Discord's Terms of Service (ToS) and Community Guidelines. SudoBot may not be used for actions that violate Discord's ToS, including but not limited to harassment, distribution of explicit content, or any other prohibited behavior.

3. Usage Restrictions

a. Command Restrictions: Users may not use the echo/send/say/Send Reply commands to broadcast content that is illegal, NSFW, religious, or violates Discord's ToS. All commands should adhere to community standards and guidelines.

b. Server Eligibility: SudoBot is intended for use in servers that do not have sexually explicit, religion or politics-specific content or discussions. Use of the bot in servers that do not comply with this requirement is strictly prohibited.

c. Selling and Representation: Users are prohibited from selling, representing, or warranting the services provided by SudoBot as their property. The bot and its services are the exclusive property of OSN, Inc.

4. Data Privacy and Security

Users agree to keep everyone's data private and secure when utilizing SudoBot. Any data processed by the bot should comply with applicable data protection laws, and users are responsible for handling data in accordance with privacy best practices.

5. AGPL License

SudoBot is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL). Users must agree to and abide by the terms specified in the AGPL license when using SudoBot. The full AGPL license document can be found at https://gnu.org/licenses/agpl-3.0.html.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to SudoBot, with or without cause and without notice, for any conduct that we, in our sole discretion, believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us or Discord.
